Our Story
January 2021
Databek Analytics GmbH is founded on 04.01.2021 in Radolfzell am Bodensee as a data analysis company.
Fall 2021
The discovery of a DNA-like structure in stock prices leads to the initiation of this fascinating theory.
March 2022
The first project in the form of a portfolio using the DNA theory is successfully implemented.
July 2022
Databek starts business activities in the form of individual stock, risk, and portfolio analyses based on the DNA method.
September 2022
The first 100-day analysis is completed, and the forecast results from the analysis are confirmed with high accuracy.
January 2023
Databek releases its first digital platform (Dashboard) and presents its analyses in the form of dashboards from now on.
January 2024
Databek presents an innovative price indicator, accompanied by an exclusive platform for traders.
February 2024
Databek offers two platforms: one for stock analysis and one specifically for traders with concrete signals.
March 2024
Databek expands its services to include portfolio building and portfolio analyses for investors.
May 2024
Databek acquires www.finanzhefte.de and becomes the leading destination for professional financial magazines.

Dr. Bugra Kabil
CEO
Dr. Kabil completed his mathematics studies with a minor in physics at the University of Konstanz. After the diploma studies, he obtained
his doctorate in Applied Analysis with a focus on partial differential equations at the University of Stuttgart. In addition to his role
as CEO, he is significantly involved in the development and research of the mathematical model -DNA of a Stock-.
